To better serve you we have offices located in
both Tucson and the Phoenix area. Michelle E. Lesprón, Esq. is the
Managing Attorney in Tucson, and Yuri B. Nielsen, Esq. is the
Managing Attorney in Tempe. Both offices are licensed for using
the Injury Shield, and Steven H. Pincus, Esq. is “of counsel” to
both offices. In addition to the Managing Attorneys, each distinct
office has other Attorneys, multiple Legal Assistants, Paralegals,
a Receptionist, and Office Manager.
Because we are properly staffed, you will speak to
and meet with an attorney each time you come to our office; unless
you are dropping by to drop off papers, or sign your settlement
check, etc.. Any time you wish to speak to an attorney, you will
get a prompt return phone call from the actual attorney, and not a
